Walking Tour and Cable Car Ride in Kotor for October 2026.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IF YOU HAVEN'T CONFIRMED YOUR SPOT WITH KAREN.
You indicated that you’d like to join Cecilia and me on our Kotor Walking Tour and Cable Car Ride on Oct 11 (KOTOR). Please note that this is a private tour and is not part of the official Crochet Crowd experience—it’s simply an optional outing we’re organizing for anyone who would like to join us.
Because the final cost depends on the number of participants, here is how I plan to handle booking:
- There are currently 18 people on the interest list from the Facebook post.
- To be safe, I will book based on 15 participants in case some people ultimately decide not to attend.
- At that number, the cost is $180 CAD per person, which includes the actual tour price plus 3% to cover fund transfer fees through Michael’s payment system.
Since I need to prepay for the entire group, I am collecting payment at the 15-person rate to ensure I am not left covering any shortfall if attendance changes.
If all 18 people do end up booking and attending, the actual per-person cost will be lower. Rather than issuing small refunds, any extra funds collected will go toward a group tip for the tour guide, as gratuities are not included in the tour price. Based on current numbers, that would work out to approximately $5 USD per person toward the tip. I will provide the exact amount for full transparency.
Just to be clear—I am not making any money on this; I am simply coordinating the booking for the group. I hope that makes sense! Please let me know if you have any questions.
THIS BOOKING IS NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to go, you may sell your ticket to someone else on the trip. When the booking is complete, it's complete.
