A joint Crochet Stitch Sampler designed by both Michael Sellick and Jeanne Steinhilber. Both patterns are similar, but the colour breakdowns differ. The concept is inspired by friendship in what each of us brings to the table.
This was crocheted in New Zealand on board a crochet cruise. Both Jeanne and Michael crocheted different sections and passed the blanket back and forth to develop the pattern. It's a cross mix of Caron Cinnamon Swirl Cakes and Caron One Pound Yarn.
Two patterns have to be written as the colourways between the two designs were different, and in the Roll With it Melange, it flowed much differently, whereas in Jeanne's Version, you can clearly see each colour change. There is a crochet diagram for the middle corner-to-corner rectangle that you see only in this design.
