This project is a great scrap yarn project to do. Reducing the hook to a 3.5 mm / E/3 to make the stitches tighter. This Crochet Cross-Over Cell Phone Tote is super easy to make and practical. 
 
The yarn shown is Red Heart With Love Better Half. Inside the written instructions are also crochet diagrams to follow.
