Crochet Speak Easy Blanket Pattern

An interesting vibrating centre combined with an easy 3-row repeating after the first section is done. This pattern will allow you to keep growing out the blanket to your preferred size if it is too small.

  • The colouring of this yarn will not allow the colours to colour pool, and it turns out nice. The finished look reminded me of a blanket that I saw on a couch in a vintage-looking, authentic coffee shop. Based on the yarn's name, Jazzy, I thought this was a nice touch for a speakeasy-style setting for this blanket.

This will allow crocheters who are in the easy stages to tempt them with some harder beginning rounds before easing off to do the remaining of the blanket

      Hard to place trebles

I found this pattern too complicated for me. The trebles were hard to place. Mikey's patterns are always my favorites. I have put it in the the corner and will try it again later. I love the way it looks in the picture.
