How do I Find The Patterns I Ordered at Mikey Stitch Studio?

We have a login feature on the desktop at the top of our website, but it's in the mobile menu selection. Regardless of your payment method, the login profile works the same for everyone.

The information is saved with your profile so you can see your activity, patterns, and purchased online programs.

Patterns

• Click the down arrow beside your profile to see your options.

• You can click on my orders, showing you exactly what you ordered.

• The download link is also included in case you missed it when you purchased it and/or you didn't see the email, which most likely went to the spam or junk folder.

• The links through email will expire in 30 days from the date of purchase.

The login also allows you to accumulate purchase points, which you can redeem when you hit the threshold for a discount. If you need to contact Mikey, having an order number to speed up the process is better.
